THE PROGRAMME

Good Ideas directly tackles inequality by supporting people with experience of an issue to implement solutions through social innovation. Since 2011, Good Ideas has inspired and supported over 370 people to turn their ideas into new social businesses and projects.

We nurture the seeds of ideas and transform them into reality, igniting positive change through job creation, volunteering, and meaningful social impact. Our vision revolves around fostering a dynamic network of social innovators driving systemic change.

We guide individuals on a transformative journey, fuelled by the passion to address a social or environmental problem. Through a series of engaging workshops, events, site visits and networking, participants are equipped with the necessary tools, contacts and Design Thinking to translate their ideas into feasible, sustainable and impactful enterprises.

Participants gain access to online tools for continuous learning, one-on-one coaching, and a close-knit support network of peers. Upon completing the programme, alumni become integral members of The Melting Pot network, enjoying ongoing support and collaborative opportunities.

The full programme takes six months to complete. However, we also offer half day (Catalyst) and 2-day (Camp) sessions for those who are at an earlier stage and want to take an initial step towards exploring their idea.
